Colin Love
Snr began building steel pallets (stillages) in 1968, registering
Colin Love & Co Pty Ltd (the manufacturer). This was
shortly followed by Cevol Industries Pty Ltd (the hirer),
as it became apparent that most companies saw the advantage
in hiring, with no capital outlay, full tax deduction, combined
with flexibility of supply.
There is no
minimum number or period of time for the hire of Cevol pallets
– for a few days while moving location, to long term
storage use.
The intention
was to offer for hire a standard pallet with no variations.
Forty years on our range has increased to over 30 styles
of pallets, which includes our original SM.1 type pallet.
We are now the largest manufacturer of steel pallets in
Australia. Cevol’s pallets have been cost effectively
utilised in industries as diverse as; Automotive, Plastics,
Security, Logistics and Warehousing, Clothing manufacturing,
recyclers, Mail Distribution and Printers to name a few.
We pride ourselves
on keeping in close contact with our customers and markets,
so we are there to help with changing needs and material
handling requirements. Cevol has always been extremely conscious
of Health and Safety, ease of handling and need for product
protection. Every design is tested and approved to ensure
a safe and reliable product. Our design team have over 100
years experience between them in designing and manufacturing
quality products.
With the recession
in 1989 the decision was made to grow, not decline, and
the company set up agents in New South Wales and Queensland.
In the years that have followed we have built branches in
both states and more recently have opened in Perth and Sydney.
Cevol Industries
is proud to say that they are still fully Australian owned,
with all pallets manufactured in Victoria by our sister
company Colin Love and Co Pty Ltd, and assembled in the
various state branches. Currently with 14 robotic welders
and a robotic spray paint system to help maintain our cost
effective hire rates, you can be assured of the quality
of every product, at cost effective prices. At Cevol our
goal will always be to supply the best quality product and
service.
Health and safety is a major
priority and therefore the maintenance of Cevol pallets
is crucially important. We ask all our customers to work
with us and return any damaged units for replacement. |
